Biolast year i dealt with a lot, and i tried to lose weight by fasting and such
then i went to camp all summer and gained 10-15 lbs. when i finally got up the guts to step on the scale i was 136 lbs. my mom even noticed and talked to me about gaining weight...so together, my mom and i agreed that i would be on a diet to get it off. so now, i am doing this the "healthy" way...
